July is always a fun month for us because we are tracked out! For me it was also a bittersweet month because it was the official end of my maternity leave with Jack Jack :-( Luckily we were blessed with an incredible babysitter for him so the transition wasn't nearly as difficult as it could have been!
I don't write down enough of the funny things that Lilly says, but I did manage to catch this one:
Me: What would you like for a snack?
Lilly: Could I have some trail mix?
Me: Sure!
Lilly: But I want the kind with the little brown things in it...
Me: ............?
Lilly: You know, the little brown things that are on top of chocolate chip cookies.
Me: ............you mean chocolate chips??
Lilly: Yeah, those!

Few things make Lilly as happy as Chick-fil-A!
Our sweet baby Jack Jack, you are three months old! We have fallen more and more in love with you every day of the past three months!
We love going to the Home Depot Kid Craft Saturdays! Lilly has gotten so good at putting the piece together! She needs help with the instructions, but she does almost all of the actual assembly herself now. Of course, I think her favorite part is still painting :)

Lilly set up a tea party for her dolls and stuffed animals and set a place for me and Daddy too!
One of the crafts Lilly got for her birthday was decorating a SpongeBob mask :-)
Music is in her bones!
Look at that sweet baby boy!
I date you not to smile when you see this little man smiling :-)
I swear I am looking at the face of an angel when I look at this sweet baby boy. I could literally stare at him all day.
Lilly was enjoying playing "Mommy"
Tiny toes sticking out of the blanket <3
After a delicious breakfast at Bagels Plus, Lilly asked for a ride on the carousel...and then asked for Daddy to ride with her. This is one of my favorite pictures!
Look at that belly!
Chick-fil-A was having their Cow Appreciation Day so of course we had to make cow outfits!
Jack may not have had any chicken, but he seemed to enjoy out outing!

Our little shopping helper!
I signed Lilly up for a dance class at the community center so she could try out ballet and tap. At first he instructor told me that Lilly would not be able to be in the class because she was too young and had never been in the class before, but she agreed that she could try it. By the end of the class, she told me Lilly was welcome to join the class because she was a good listener and did a great job with the other older girls who had been in the class before. Go Lilly!
Jack Jack had a great time watching Lilly dance!
My sweet boys!
Watching the bond that is growing between Darren and Jack is truly amazing.
The things we do to entertain our children...
He really is such a happy boy!
Lilly loves Jack so much! She loves to lay with him on his mat and play with him, cuddle him, kiss him and make sure he is ok. She is a great big sister!
Look at our big boy sitting in his Bumbo seat!
I know I am biased, but my baby is super cute! ;-)
I loved that Lilly was not only reading to Jack, but also turning the book to show him the pictures! She has such a sweet heart!
Sibling cuddles!
Kari and I took the girls to Noah's Landing in Angier and they had a blast! It was not exactly what I expected, but it was a really cool experience! They had a lot of animals we had never heard of, and even some hands on experiences.
For one of Lilly's dance classes, they got to wear hula costumes! So cute!
This is when you can totally see how much younger Lilly was than some of the other girls.
I love Lilly's imagination! She loves to set up games and pretend play. She set out a picnic for all of us and her toys here...
...and then this was a school :-)
Lilly and Jack were playing footsie on the bed.
When I was little, my brother was my best friend. We were very close in age and played together all the time (we even shared a room when we were little). I know Lilly and Jack have a few years separating them, but I can already see that these two are going to be best buddies and be there for one another. I know they will fight, but they will love each other the way that only siblings can!
Jack Jack loves bath time and cuddling with Daddy.
Tummy time!
These two have my whole heart!
Big smiles from my big boy!
Parents weren't allowed to be in the room for class (which is fine), so I sneaked a few pictures from the hallway ;-)
This was Lilly attempting a back walkover.
Lilly likes to get into Jack's crib with him when he wakes up to "make him happy." She just climbs right in and starts playing with him.
Lilly looks like a giant! When did my little girl get so big??
Bath time!
Jack has started snuggling baby dolls, which is so adorable since he is almost the same size as some of Lilly's dolls.
And just like that, we have a four month old! You are our smiley, happy, sweet boy, Jack Jack and we love!
